Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATION
Salt + Light requires a 48 hours notice for any appointment cancellation. To cancel or reschedule, please call the salon at (785) 393-0443
In the event of a cancellation given between 24-48 hours prior to your appointment time, you are required to pay a 50% service charge for the scheduled appointment. A less than 24 hour cancellation notice will require an 80% service charge for the scheduled appointment. Any no call, no show will be charged 100% of the missed appointment.
Please be aware that if you are more than 15 minutes late for your scheduled appointment, we may not be able to provide the service for which you have been scheduled and a cancellation fee will apply.
